The Second Annual South Lake Tahoe Climb Out of the Darkness will bring our community together to honor the struggle to overcome perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. We climb for awareness, prevention, and treatment for moms and dads who are struggling. We climb to fight stigma, to celebrate our strength, and to foster hope. 

Our climb will be June 24, 2018 at 9am at the Nevada Beach Pavilion. We will start with coffee and a little ice-breaker activity, then go for a stroller-family "climb" around the meadow. When we return to the Pavilion we will have our silent auction, a free raffle, kids activities, and more chances to talk with each other.
